NOTICE OF DECISION
BOROUGH OF SOUTH PLAINFIELD PLANNING BOARD
COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY
TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting on November 25, 2025, the Planning Board of the Borough of South Plainfield adopted a Resolution PB#784 memorializing the action taken on October 14, 2025, which granted the Applicant, 1111 Durham Associates, LLC, Amended Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and bulk variance approval to permit amendments to a previously approved site plan for a 410-unit inclusionary residential development on property located at 1111 Durham Avenue, designated on the Borough of South Plainfield Tax Map as Block 550, Lot 3. Such amendments include: (1) modification of trash enclosures; (2) addition of recreational amenities and relocation of cabana; (3) adjustment of building footprints to enlarge breezeways; and (4) reconfiguration of affordable unit distribution.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Resolution and approved plans are on file and available for public inspection in the Planning and Zoning Board office of the Municipal Building at 2480 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
This notice is being given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i) and New Jersey Court Rule 4:69-6(b)(3).
