NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Bath, the matter of fire contracts for a period of one year each commencing January 01, 2026 through December 31, 2026 between: 1. The Town of Bath and Kanona Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. in the amount of $55,037.00; 2. The Town of Bath and Village of Savona in the amount of $88,985.00; and 3. The Town of Bath and Village of Bath on behalf of the Bath Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. in the amount of $227,025.92. THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Supervisor of the Town of Bath will hold a public hearing for entering into the fire contracts between the Town of Bath and (1) Kanona Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.; (2) Village of Savona; and (3) Village of Bath on behalf of the Bath Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. for their providing of fire protection services for the fiscal year 2026, at the Municipal Building, 110 Liberty Street, Bath, New York, 14810 on December 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., at which time all persons interested will be heard.
