NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION
The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to the unknown owners and non-record claimants of vacant farmland located on Farmington Cemetery Road, Pleasant Plains, Illinois, and more particularly described herein ("the Property"), that a Complaint for Condemnation was filed in the above-named Court on December 5, 2025, and is now pending.
1. The names of all Plaintiffs and the case number are identified above.
2. The Court in which said action was brought is identified above.
3. The name of the title holder of record is: Joshua Siterlet, as Trustee of the Joshua Siterlet Revocable Trust under Agreement dated January 17, 2018, and Joshua Siterlet, as Successor Trustee of the Angela Siterlet Revocable Trust under Agreement Dated January 17, 2018.
4. The legal description of the real estate is as follows:

Together with all existing future or potential easements or rights of access, crossing, light, air or view, to, from or over the premises herein described and the public highway identified as FAP Route 67 from or to any remaining real property of the Defendant abutting said premises or said public highway.
A direct access entrance from the present abutting land to the freeway shall be provided between station 615+32.52, 234.38 feet right and station 615+75.00, 290.00 feet right thereof, it being understood that said entrance shall remain in effect and operation only so long as the said entrance is used for farming purposes or for one single family residence or both, and so long as said entrance is not used for access to a commercial enterprise other than farming. It is further understood that the use of said entrance by the general public to purchase any agricultural product is to be considered as a commercial enterprise other than farming. Violation of the terms and conditions set forth herein authorizes the department to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce such terms and conditions.

6. The date after which a default may be entered against the unknown owners and non-record claimants of the Property is Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
NOW THEREFORE, unless the unknown owners and non-record claimants of vacant farmland located on Farmington Cemetery Road, Pleasant Plains, Illinois, PIN 13-17.0-400-009, file an answer to the Complaint for Condemnation in this cause or otherwise make an appearance therein, in the Office of the Sangamon County Circuit Clerk, 200 South Ninth St., Springfield, IL 62701, on or before January 14, 2026, default may be entered at any time after that day and an Order placing the Plaintiff in possession of the Property may be entered in accordance with the prayer of the Complaint for Condemnation.
