Maas III, His next of kin, distributees, executors, administrators, trusteeS, deviseeS, legatees, assignees, lienors, creditors, and successors in interest, and generally all persONS having or clAIming , under, by or through said defendant who may be deCeased, by purchase, inheritance, lien or otherwise, any right title or interest in and to the premises deScribed in the complaint herein, all of whom and whose names and places of residence are unknown to the plaintiff and cannot after diligent inquiry be ascertained, ET AL., Defendant(s).
Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on November 25, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Oneida County Courthouse, lobby, 200 Elizabeth Street, Utica, NY 13501 on February 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., premises known as 10918 Cemetery Road, Westdale, NY 13483. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Camden, County of Oneida and State of New York, Section 89.002, Block 1 and Lot 28. Approximate amount of judgment is $125,663.45 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # EFCA2024-001479.
