Notice is hereby given that the Somerset Planning Board will conduct the following Public Meeting on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, starting at 6:00 P.M. in the Hearing Room at the Somerset Town Office Building, 140 Wood Street, Somerset, MA, to consider the application for a Definitive 2-lot Subdivision filed by Bernard Miranda and owned by Roland & Genevieve Costa L/E c/o Dennis & Lynn Berube for the property located at 544 Elm Street, Somerset, MA, Assessors Map E-3, Lot 35.
