NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS
Pursuant to Section 141-206 of the Revised Code of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County (“Revised Code”), the City of Indianapolis through the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services hereby gives notice that they have adopted the following regulations concerning accelerated permit review fees after proper notice and at a public meeting on December 4, 2025.
The Board of the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services adopted the updated accelerated permit review fees and policy.
Copies of the regulation are available for public examination at the offices of the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services, 200 E. Washington Street, Suite 107, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46225 and in the Office of the Clerk of Council, 200 E. Washington Street, Suite T-441, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
