The Chickasaw Nation is receiving bids for a year-round facility painting project at multiple facilities located throughout the Chickasaw Nation. Interested bidders will need to return documentation including the bid sheet, affidavit, along with bonding eligibility and insurance verification (worker’s compensation and general liability, where applicable), to the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Procurement Office (1009 N. Country Club Road, Ada, Oklahoma).
This Request for Proposal, (RFP) is for a single hourly rate encompassing painting and small projects including but not limited to: painting, sheetrock, taping, framing, installing wall covering, replacing/installing cove base, remove and replace flooring, installing corner guards/bumper guards, cleaning air vents, replacing broken/dirty ceiling tiles and fixing/replacing handrails.
This RFP is for year-round ongoing projects at multiple facilities. A full-time crew of at least four persons with some overtime may be necessary. Paint is provided. Other supplies are on a reimbursement basis with accompanying receipts. Travel time or travel expenses are not reimbursed separately, but part of overhead expenses, along with payroll, bonding, insurances, taxes, etc.
Bidders must include at least three references (company name, phone number, email and contact) of work completed which are representative of the skills needed to complete the scope of work.

A site visit will be held Dec. 17, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the CNMC.
Bids must be submitted by noon, Dec. 19, 2025 at the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Procurement office, 1009 N. Country Club Road, Ada, Oklahoma.
Bid packets with all necessary form documents for qualified contractors may be secured from the Tribal Procurement Office by emailing Russell Welch at Russell.Welch@Chickasaw.net.
The competency and responsibility of offerors will be considered in awarding the contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all offerors and waive irregularity in offerors. The contract will be accepted if found reasonable and in the interest of the Chickasaw Nation to accept it. Each offeror shall be aware that proposals will be received from Indian and non-Indian companies and preference will be given to those received from Indian companies. Qualification for each preference shall be determined by Chickasaw Nation procurement department. Each facility may be awarded separately or bundled with multiple facilities.
No current member, officer or employee of the Chickasaw Nation during their tenure or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest direct, or indirect, in this bid or contract or the proceeds thereof.
Bidder information must include submitter’s name, company, address, email, date of bid, bidder, phone number. It must also include whether it is Indian-owned (a copy of certificate must be submitted to claim Indian Ownership), general liability insurance and workers comp insurance certificates and bonding information eligibility. Incomplete bids will not be considered.
