REZONING
There will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS on January 5, 2026 at 6:30 PM or as close to that time as possible, in the MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM (Room 2245) located at W156N8480 Pilgrim Road.
The public hearing is being held to consider the Plan Commission's recommendation regarding the petition of Dan Della, Social Haus, to rezone a portion of land located at N48W18700 Lisbon Road from CV-2 Civic Institutional District to the C-1 Neighborhood Business District with the PID Overlay District for a parking lot expansion.
The subject land is identified by Tax Key Number 131.991.008 and legally described as follows:
Being a part of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 10098, as recorded in the Register of Deeds office for Waukesha County as Document No. 3326038, being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 20 East, Village of Menomonee Falls, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 33; thence North 88°26'00" East along the south line of said southwest 1/4, 891.00 feet; thence North 00°09'02" East, 60.03 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 1 and the Point of Beginning;
Thence South 88°26'00" West along the south line of said Lot 1, 244.10 feet; thence North 00°09'02" East, 60.03 feet; thence north 88°23'23" east, 78.90 feet; thence north 00°09'02" east, 76.47 feet; thence North 88°27'23" East, 165.51 feet to the east line of the aforesaid Lot 1; thence South 00°09'02" West along the said east line, 136.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. 27,323 sq. ft. or 0.6272 acres
