Resignations/Retirements Leitel, Abby, Secretary – part time, Wilson, Resigning to accept EA position, 11/06/2025. (10.3) Supplementary contracts as listed on the November 17, 2025, report. (10.4) Approved of the Financial Report Summary for the Month of October 2025 including Receipts #7696 through #7820 in the amount of $471,356.22 and Vouchers Payable #378398 through #378862, wire transfers, and payroll disbursements in the amount of $14,393,233.42 and Statement of Revenue and Expenditures for four Months Ending October 31, 2025. Motion carried unanimously to approve Consent Agenda items 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4. Motion by Mr. Keller to adopt the 2025-2030 WAWM District Library Plan, seconded by Ms. Lee. Motion carried unanimously. There was no further business and no objections to the meeting adjourning. The meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m. by unanimous consent.
