Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on February 3, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Westchester County Courthouse, Lobby of the Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, White Plains, NY 10601 on January 28, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., premises known as 1C Louis Pascone Lane, Greenburgh, NY 10502. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Ardsley, County of Westchester and State of New York, Section 6.20, Block 3 and Lot 10.1C together with an undivided 4.012 percent interest in the Common Elements. Approximate amount of judgment is $189,730.74 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 61144/2023. Cash will not be accepted.
