NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hayes Township Zoning Board of Appeals will
conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14th, 2025 at
7:00 P.M.
The public hearing will be held in the Hayes Township Hall, 9195
Major Douglas Sloan Road, Charlevoix, MI 49720.
The purpose of the
meeting is to hear the following application for a variance from the
requirements of the Hayes Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended (April 9th, 2018).
In the Matter of: Vickie Laskey CASE #011425
Charlevoix County Property Tax Identification Number 15-007-200-003-00, located on
property commonly known as 11190 Spring St. Charlevoix MI 49720. The applicant is
seeking a 5 foot variance from the 15 foot side setback requirement to allow for construction of a new single family dwelling with attached garage within 10 feet of the side (west) property line.
