1. DANIEL SAINT, Guardian ad litem for the child, has filed a Dependency Petition in this matter pursuant to A.R.S. § 8-841.
2. The court has set a hearing on the 9th day of February, 2026, at 10:45 a.m. at Maricopa County Superior Court, Juvenile Division, Durango Facility, 3131 W. Durango, Phoenix, AZ 85009, before the Honorable Danielle Viola for the purpose of determining whether any parent named herein is contesting the allegations in the petition. 3. You have the right to appear as a party in this proceeding. In addition, if you fail to appear, without good cause, the hearing may go forward in your absence and may result in a termination of your parental rights based upon the record and the evidence presented to the court.
