This project site is located near 22nd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 200 W. Washington St., 9th Floor Training Room, Phoenix, AZ 85003 AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through OpenGov.
