LS71200119 STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE DUE: FRIDAY, JANUARY 23, 2026 AT 12:00 PM *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Professional Services for a new 12,000 square foot library. Services may include programming, design, and possible construction administration and inspection services. The library is being built at the Estrella Village Civic Space located near the intersection of West Lower Buckeye Road and South 99th Avenue. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $6 million. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at City Hall First Floor Assembly Rooms. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through OpenGov.
