NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS
Pursuant to Section 141-206 of the Revised Code of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County (the “Revised Code”), the City of Indianapolis Department of Business and Neighborhood Services is hereby giving notice that they have adopted the following regulations, after proper notice and at a public meeting on December 4, 2025.
The Board of the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services adopted two (2) regulations regarding Public Vehicles for Hire.
Copies of the Regulations for Public Vehicles for Hire are available for public examination at the offices of the Clerk of the City-County Council, Room 241, City-County Building, and the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services, 200 E. Washington Street, Suite 107, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204.
