The land with the buildngs thereon now known and numbered as 1 Downey Street, Plymouth, Plymouth County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and which said premises being shown as Lots 75 and 76, on Packard Street, on that plat entitled "Buttermilk Bay Shores, Section 3, Plymouth, Mass., owned by Prosperity Development Co., Feb. 1951, F.E. Friberg, Surveyor, which plat being duly recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 8, Page 448.
Being the same premises conveyed to the herein named mortgagor (s) by deed recorded with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 35220, Page 2.
The mortgagor(s) expressly reserve my/our rights of Homestead and do not wish to terminate our Homestead by granting the within conveyance notwithstanding our waiver of such homestead in paragraph 24 of the within mortgage"

TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
