TOWNSHIP OF MONTVILLE LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS – MASTER LEASE OF MUNICIPAL TOWER AND GROUND COMPOUND   Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13, the Township of Montville, New Jersey, shall receive sealed proposals at the Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road Montville, NJ 07045, until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, January 14, 2026, and then publicly open and read aloud in the committee chambers for the following:   MASTER LEASE OF MUNICIPAL COMMUNICATIONS TOWER AND GROUND COMPOUND FOR MANAGEMENT AND SUBLEASING OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES LOCATED AT 86 RIVER ROAD, MONTVILLE, NEW JERSEY   Each proposal must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications.   Bid documents and specifications are available for NO CHARGE and can be obtained by an interested party at the Township of Montville Municipal Building at the Office of the Township Administrator only, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday, excluding legal holidays, or by emailing your request to purchasing@montvillenj.org.   Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be addressed to the TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATOR’S OFFICE and delivered at the place and hour mentioned above.
