By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 10/28/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/14/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana, being Lot 1A of Tract 3 of Hackberry Estates as shown on a plat drawn by Larry J. Picciola, Inc., entitled Craig Marcello, D.D.S. and Dr Michael Marcello Survey plat showing the partition of property belonging to Craig Marcfello D.D.S. and Dr Michael Marcello, located in Section 29, T16S, R19E, Raceland, Louisiana, Lafourche Parish, dated 12/19/89 revised 2/7/91, 10/21/91 and 1//31/92, recorded in the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana under entry number 735589, which lot or parcel of ground is more fully described as follows: starting at a point which is the Southwestern corner of Lot 12A of Block 10 of Twin Oaks subdivision and proceeds at a bearing of south 38 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds west for a distance of 0.04 feet to a point; thence proceeding at a bearing of North 38 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds east for a distance of 615.44 feet to a point; thence at a bearing of South 31 Degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds cast for a distance of 125.00 feet to a point, which point shall be designated as the point of beginning, starting from said point of beginning and thence at a bearing of south 38 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds west for a distance of 587.34 feet to a point thence at a bearing of South 51 degrees 05 minutes 47 seconds cast for a distance of 159.83 feet to a point; thence at a bearing of north 38 degrees 03 minutes 46 seconds east for a distance of 589.72 feet to a point thence bearing of north 51 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds west for a distance of 160.06 feet to a point designated as the point of beginning, said lot is bounded on. the north or upper side by a portion of Lot 1B of Tract 3 on the south or lower side by Dr Frank Gouaux (now or formerly) on the west or back side by the extension of Locust Street and on the cast or toward Bayou Lafourche by Tract 2 of Hackberry Estates; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $164854.94 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
