By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 07/02/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/14/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.

Lot H according to the Partition of Property by drawing for lots 3/27/73 recorded in the records of the clerk of court, Parish of Lafourche (CB 489, 366148); said parcel described as a certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at a distance of approximately forty two (42) miles below the City of Thibodaux, bounded on the north by lands of Loydman Plaisance and measuring one hundred ten (110') feet and on the east, bounded by property of Jessy Martin measuring one hundred ten (110') feet more or less and on the south by West 93rd Street and on the west, bounded by the property of Philip Plaisance measuring one hundred seventeen (117') feet more or less.

A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at a distance of approximately forty two (42) miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana. Said lot designated as lot numbers (1) and measures one hundred ten feet (110') in -width and (110') feet in depth. Situated in T-18-S and R-21-E and is located in the Felix Plaisance Estate. Said lot is bounded in the north by property of Loydman Plaisance, now or formerly, bounded on the east by property of Edwick Plaisance, now or formerly, bounded on the south by W. 93rd Street, bounded on the west by property of Clarisse Plaisance, now or formerly, Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and the rights, ways, privileges thereunto belonging
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $121356.46 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
