By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 09/16/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/14/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
THAT LOT OR CERTAIN PARCEL OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, more fully shown on survey entitled "Map Showing Survey of Lots 1, 2, &: 3, Block "A" of Sunny Acres and Magnolia Terrace Subdivisions in Sec. 66, T16S-R18E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, made by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor, Inc. dated May 10, 1991", and according to which survey the said property is described as follows:
Starting from the point labeled "A", thence proceeding at a bearing of S 43° 59' W for distance of 210' to a point, said point being labeled "B", thence proceeding at a bearing of N 37° 46' W is for distance of 112.33' feet to a point, said point being labeled "C", said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING, this proceeding to a bearing of N 37° 46' W for distance of 50.45' feet to a point, said point being labeled "D", as thence proceeding at a bearing N 39° 16' E for distance of 213.27' feet to a point, said point being labeled "D", this proceeding at a bearing S 37° 46' E for distance of 68.10' feet to a point, said point being labeled "F", this proceeding at a bearing N 43° 57’52" E for distance of 210.01' feet to a point, said point being labeled "C", said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The Municipal address of the property being designated as 4286 Highway 1, Raceland, Louisiana, 70394.
Being the same property acquired by Seller by Act Of Transfer dated June 26, 2009, from Terry G. Terrebonne and Debbie T. Foret recorded in the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana in COB 1784, folio 649, Entry Number 1073020
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $107113.77 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
