By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 03/12/24, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/14/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
One certain lot of ground located in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, immediately below the Village of Lockport, being a portion of Lot Three (3) of Block Number Two (2) of the subdivision of property known as the Delaune-Peltier Subdivision, said lot being more particularly shown as Lot "A" on a plat of survey prepared by Larry J. Picciola, Inc., Consulting Engineers & Surveyors, dated August 14, 2004, a copy of which is recorded under Entry No. 967195 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, said Lot "A" measures a front on Catherine Street of 50.00 feet, with a depth along its Southerly line of 119.00 feet, a width in the rear of 50.00 feet and a depth along its Northerly line of 119.00 feet and is bounded front or Southeasterly by Catherine Street, southerly by the remaining portion of Lot Three (3) of Block Number Two (2) Delaune-Peltier Subdivision, Westerly by Lot 2 of Block 2 Delaune-Peltier Subdivision, and Northerly by Lot B, all as shown on said survey, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; subject to restriction, servitude, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $90113.26 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
