By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 10/23/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/14/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
1. A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, approximately thirty-nine (39) to forty (40) miles below the City of Thibodaux, and being designated as LE"T" on a Survey Plat entitled "LOT EXTENSION AND REDIVISION OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO TODD BRADY" being Sections one (1) and two (2), T-18-S, R-21-E, Cut Off, Louisiana, Lafourche Parish, dated June 25, 2004, prepared by Picciola & Associates, Inc. Said map is recorded as Entry No. 969899 in the records of the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana. Said lot measures one hundred feet (100') on its Northern and Southern boundaries and fifty-two point sixty four feet (52.64') on its Eastern and Western boundaries. Said LE"T" is bounded above or north by LE"S", bounded below or South by
Lot 9 of Joe Defelice Subdivision, towards Bayou Lafourche or East by LE"R", to the Highway 3235 line or West by LE"V" of "LOT EXTENSION AND REDIVISION OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO TODD BRADY."
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

Said map is recorded as Entry No. 969899 in the records of Lafourche Parish, State of Louisiana. Said lot measures one hundred feet (100') on its Northern and Southern boundaries and fifty-two point sixty-four feet (52.64') on its Eastern and Western boundaries. Said LE"V" is bounded above or North by LE"U", bounded below or South by Lot 10 of Joe Defelice Subdivision, towards Bayou Lafourche or East by LE"T", towards the Highway 3235 line or West by LE"W" of "LOT EXTENTSION AND REDIVISION OF PROEPRTY BELONGING TO TODD BRADY."
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes; rights-of way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the Property.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $215496.27 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
