A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the Jackson Redevelopment Authority, Roof Replacement project will be held at 300 W. Capitol Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201 on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory but strongly suggested. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.   Scope of Work The work shall consist of the following items: Removal of the existing modified bitumen roofing system down the existing concrete deck and install a new modified bitumen roof system with new polyisocyanurate installation with 1/8” tapered insulation, replacement of the existing polycarbonate canopy panels with new polycarbonate panels and the installation of a wooden roof paver system with a glass and metal guardrail. This is a Federally-funded project through the Federal Transit Administration administered by MDOT.
