NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D07-2403-MF-001716 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Amy Broyles; Ryan Broyles; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Heritage F/K/A Heritage Federal Credit Union were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 29th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot 1, Commens Place No. 2, as per plat thereof, recorded May 29, 2014 in Plat Book T, Page 134 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
