Smith, whose last known address is 14270 Riverside, Livonia, MI 48154, Jane Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse of Christopher Smith (if any), whose last known address is 14270 Riverside, Livonia, MI 48154, will take notice that on October 6, 2025, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association filed its Complaint in the Guernsey County Court of Common Pleas at 801 Wheeling Avenue, #D-300, Cambridge, OH 43725, assigned Case No. 25CV000427 and styled JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Charles R. Smith and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown spouse of Charles R. Smith, et al.
