(the “Real Property”). The sale will be conducted pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on November 10, 2025 and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 4, 2025, all in this action. The Real Property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds. The successful high bid shall be exclusive of the clerk’s registry fee and documentary stamps on the certificate of title.
