NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs dated December 3, 2025 entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-006715- XXXA-MB, in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein, DERREK PETER BROWN is the Defendant, Mike Caruso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 7th day of January, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs, to wit:
