LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Winterstown Borough will consider for possible adoption an Ordinance amending the Borough Zoning Ordinance by establishing regulations for the use of data centers and creating new definitions and additional procedures for said uses, including accessory uses and structures. The ordinance further regulates the site development for data center facilities. Winterstown Borough Council shall hold a public hearing regarding the Ordinance at its reorganization meeting on January 5, 2025 at 7:00p.m. in the Borough Office located at 12244 Winterstown Rd, Red Lion, PA 17356. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Borough Office or the Law Resource Center located at 45 N. George St., York, PA 17401, during normal business hours.
