The West Shore School District is soliciting proposals from Mental Health Provider vendors to provide therapists trained in mental health assessment and referral practices to the District to start this school year, with the intent of running through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Awarded contracts will be renewable for up to four one-year extensions (2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, and 2029-2030). All proposals must be received by Dr. Ryan Argot, Board Secretary, 507 Fishing Creek Road, Lewisberry, PA 17339 no later than 3:30 PM on January 13, 2026. There will be a public opening of proposals received on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the same address. Minority, woman, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. All vendors submitting proposals must provide confirmation that they have not been disbarred from receipt of federal funds and will comply with all applicable federal regulations.
