TOWN OF NORTH PROVIDENCE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS APPLICATION FOR UPGRADE FROM A BV LIMITED TO A CLASS BV FULL LIQUOR LICENSE  Notice is hereby given by the Town Council of the Town of North Providence, R.I., being the Licensing Board of said Town under the provisions of 3-5-17 and 3-7-7 et seq. of the General Laws of R.I. 1956, and all amendments thereto that the following has applied for an Upgrade to a BV Full Liquor License under said Act: Carmines LLC d/b/a Carmines 1538 Smith St North Providence, RI 02911  That said application will be in order for hearing at a meeting of the Town Council on January 6, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, 2000 Smith Street, North Providence, RI, at which time and place all remonstrants may make their objections.  Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing-impaired must notify the Town Clerk at 232-0900 (Ext. 1207) 72 hours in advance of the hearing date.
