NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is:
Amended Complaint on Note and for In Rem Foreclosure of Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 4013 W Barge Ln, Bloomington, IN 47403-3701 and described as follows:
A part of the north half of the northwest quarter of section thirteen (13), township eight (8) north, range two (2) west, beginning at a point on the south line of a road which point is six hundred fifty (650) feet west and six hundred forty-five and five hundredths (645.05) feet north of the southeast corner of the north half of the northwest quarter of the aforesaid section, township and range, thence running north 88 degrees east along the said south line of said road for a distance of ninety (90) feet thence running south for a distance of three hundred and fifteen (315) feet; thence running west for a distance of ninety (90) feet, thence running north for a distance of three hundred fifteen (315) feet and to the place of beginning, containing in all sixty-five hundredths (0.65) acres, more or less.
Also, conveying the non-exclusive right and easement to use as a road-way the following described land: beginning at the northwest corner of the land hereby conveyed, thence running north eighty-eight (88) degrees east over and along the north line of land hereby conveyed and to Leonard Springs Road; as now located, thence north thirty (30) feet along the west line of said Leonard Springs Road, thence south eighty-eight (88) degrees west parallel to first line to point due north of beginning point, thence south thirty (30) feet to point of beginning.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Barbara A. Lawyer, Deceased
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
