By Virtue of Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY, REAL AND PERSONAL, RIGHTS AND CREDITS OF HOWARD D. PADDIE, IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO WIT:
"LOT 1 ONE HUNDRED ONE (101), CORRECTION PLAT OF PINE HILLS PARK, UNIT THREE (3), AN ADDITION TO SOUTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 1100, PAGE 313-315 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, BEING MUNICIPALLY KNOWN AS 9537 BAIRD ROAD, SHREVEPORT, LA. 71118."
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
