NOTICE   TO Linda Curry, All Heirs Known or Unknown, Eric Curry, Adrian Stephens Cleveland a/k/a Adrian R. Gary and Warren Anthony Stephens. On or about September 23, 2025, Andrew Millar filed a petition in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Civil Action No.: 2025 RCCV 00816, seeking to quiet title in certain lands described more fully as:   All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, State of Georgia, known as Lot No. 1 on a plat of Club Heights made by the M.W. Hall Company, Engineers, Nov 28, 1950, duly recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, GA in Realty Book 18D, 343; said lot no 1 being located on the South Side of Lawton Street, between Weed Street and the Intersection of Delano Street with said Lawton Street, fronting on said Lawton Street 48.75 feet, and running back between parallel lines, of equal width a distance of 90 feet, and having a width on its rear or southern boundary of 47.81 feet; said lot being bounded on the North by Lawton Street; on the East by lot now or formerly of Earl S. Walker; on the South by Southernmost 30 feet of lots 9 and 10, on a plat recorded in Book 11R, Page 468; and West by remaining portion of Lot 9 on said plat recorded in Book 11R, Page 468. Said property is known under the present system of street numbering as 2438 Lawton Street Tax Map and Parcel #: 034-1-120-00-0   Any interested parties, known Respondents whose addresses are unknown, nonresidents or unknown defendants are hereby noticed of said petition and any person or parties having an objection to said petition being granted shall show cause why the property should not be registered as prayed, in writing, to the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, on or before January 9, 2025.
