Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on September 25, 2024, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Westchester County Courthouse, Lobby of the Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, White Plains, NY 10601 on January 28, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., premises known as 112 Riverbend Drive a/k/a 112 Riverbend Drive, Unit 88, Peekskill, NY 10566. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Peekskill, County of Westchester and State of New York, Section 32.16, Block 1 and Lot 11./88 together with an undivided 0.8696 percent interest in the Common Elements.
