TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting on December 10, 2025, the Planning Board of the Township of Piscataway ("Board") adopted a Resolution memorializing the action taken on November 12, 2025, granting the Applicant, M&M Realty Partners at Piscataway, LLC, ("Applicant") an amendment to its previous Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval, as memorialized by Resolution adopted by the Board on August 10, 2022, to permit the installation of a permanent traffic signal along South Washington Avenue and to remove the de minimis condition of approval that required Applicant to seek an amended site plan approval for such installation of a permanent traffic signal on the property located at 1690 South Washington Avenue, designated on the Piscataway Township Tax Map as Block 5701, Lot 2.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Resolution along with all supporting documentation are on file with the Piscataway Township Board Clerk. The Board Clerk can arrange for these documents to be scanned and emailed to you or you may arrange to pick up a hard copy at the Community Development Office-Public Works Center located at 505 Sidney Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854.
This notice is being given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i) and New Jersey Court Rule 4:69-6(b)(3).
