NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs dated December 3, 2025 entered in Case No. 502025CA002861XXXAMB, in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein, NICOLE AURELIEN FERVIL and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICOLE AURELIEN FERVIL nka HENRI FERVIL are the Defendants, Mike Caruso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 7th day of January, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs, to wit:
Unit No. 606-A of Greentree Villas, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2812, Page 1006, as amended in O.R. Book 3119, Page 1559 to add Phase VI, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in thne surplus from the sale, if any, other than the propery owaner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
