REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 20-25 Comprehensive Shade & Heat Mitigation Plan Consulting Services. SCOPE OF SERVICES: These services include completing a comprehensive shade and heat mitigation plan for multi-modal transportation for the City. The scope of work will provide a roadmap to the Office of Sustainability for strategies, incentives and interventions that can be implemented over the near term, midterm and long term.
