P U B L I C  N O T I C E   REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: 2026-04 The Lubbock County Hospital District will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following University Medical Center project:   UMC RFP-2026-01 UMC Media Buying   The proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m., CST Monday February 02, 2026, At University Medical Center Medical Office Plaza I, 3502 9th St, Lubbock, TX 79415 Proposals will be opened on February 2, 2026.  UMC will receive sealed proposals until the date and time established for receipt. After receipt, only the names of proposers will be made public.
