NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONTRACTED SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES for the 2026-2027 school year. The Quakertown Community School District is soliciting proposals for Student Transportation Services. These services will include Primary transportation, special education and auxiliary transportation as hereinafter defined. Proposals shall be for a five-year contract. All proposals must include all minimum specifications as described in the RFP. All Contractors are required to review and abide by all terms of the RFP. There will be a MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: 10:00 a.m. January 8th, 2026 at the District Service Center, 100 Commerce Dr Quakertown PA 18951; at which time district personnel will be available to answer questions regarding the proposal.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: The vendor shall submit (5) copies (1 original, 4 photocopies) of the completed proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Contracted Pupil Transportation.” Proposals are due by: 3:00 p.m. January 21, 2026.
