“Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 43, according to the plat of the Town of Groveland (formerly Taylorville, Florida), running thence in a Northeasterly direction in a line parallel with Main Avenue to a point on the South line of Edge’s Second Addition to the Town of Groveland produced Westward, thence East to the West line of Lot 11, said Edge’s Second Addition, thence South to the North line of Patterson Street produced Southeasterly, thence Northwesterly of the North line of said Patterson Street produced Southeasterly to point of beginning.”

Commence at a hex bolt in asphalt without identification marking the Southwest corner of Section 19, Township 22 South, Range 25 East, Lake County, Florida; thence North 00°23’19” East along the Westerly line of said Section 19, a distance of 2660.10 feet to the West ¼ corner of said Section 19; thence North 00°23’19” East along said Westerly line of Section 19, a distance of 1330.05 feet; thence South 89°49’05” East along the North line of the South ½ of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 19, a distance of 647.83 feet; thence South 00°10’50” West along the East line of the West ½ of the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 19, a distance of 117.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 00°10’50” West along said East line, a distance of 138.43 feet; thence North 55°59’45” West, a distance of 12.32 feet; thence North 00°48’37” East, a distance of 137.42 feet; thence South 55°59’45” East, a distance of 10.51 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNNG.

You are each notified that the Petitioner filed its sworn Petition and its Declaration of Taking in this Court against you as defendants, seeking to condemn by eminent domain proceedings the above-described property located in the State of Florida, County of Lake. You are further notified that the Petitioner will apply to the Honorable Dan R. Mosley, one of the Judges of this Court on the 15th day of January, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., Lake County Courthouse, Courtroom 4D of the East Wing, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, Florida 32778, for an Order of Taking in this cause. All defendants to this suit may request a hearing at the time and place designated and be heard. Any defendant failing to file a request for hearing shall waive any right to object to the Order of Taking.
