NOTICE OF ZONING PETITION
Notice is hereby given that The Savannah Downtown Historic District Board of Review will convene a zoning hearing regarding a special exception of the property described below on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Arthur A. Mendonsa Hearing Room at 112 E. State Street, Savannah, GA and via digital meeting platform at www.thempc.org.
Petition of Shauna Kucera of Array Design, the Agent, on
behalf of Ben Eazzetta and Rayssa Cruz, the Property
Owners, for a special exception for 0.168 acres located at
416 E Gwinnett St (PIN 20044 08016). The request is to
permit installation of solar panels on the Property. The
subject Property is within the D-R (Downtown Residential)
zoning district (File No. 25-005840-ZA).
Public Comment Allowed: Anyone whose interest of property rights may be affected by the proposed changes may appear at that time, may be heard, and may submit evidence, including written comments.
