NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fairview Township Board of Supervisors, in accordance with the Second Class Township Code, will conduct a public hearing to have a discussion and provide an opportunity for public comment and input concerning an amendment to the Fairview Township Zoning Map to rezone a portion of that real property bearing tax identification number (67) 101-1 from R-2, to I-1, Light Industrial and a portion of that certain parcel bearing tax identification number (67) 101-1.01 from R-2, Residential to I-1, Light Industrial and minimizing the B-2 Highway Commercial Area to that portion of parcel bearing tax identification number (67) 101-1.01 south of the stream and 500 feet from Dobler Road leaving the balance of said parcel south of the stream to be rezoned as I-1, Light Industrial. The hearing on the proposed amendment before the Supervisors will be held during the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Fairview Township offices, 7471 McCray Rd. Fairview, Pennsylvania 16415. Following the conclusion of the hearing, or the subsequent meeting of the Board of Supervisors, a vote on the proposed amendment will be taken.
