The Sandusky County Board of Commissioners will accept bids for the rental of approximately 28.15 tillable acres, more or less, of Sandusky County owned farmland until Tuesday December 30, 2025 at 9:30a.m. at 622 Croghan St., Fremont, OH 43420. Persons interested in submitting a bid proposal for the leasing of this farmland may obtain the legal description along with a plat map and information pertaining to the terms to be included in the lease agreement, at the Commissioners Office. Bid proposals must be filed on bidding documents obtained from the Commissioners Office in a sealed envelop marked "Sandusky County Owned Farmland Bid". The bids will be opened immediately thereafter. Upon the tabulation of the sealed bids all persons who submitted bids meeting all requirements will have the right to raise their bid by public outcry. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
