Grant Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691, alleging that the Defendant(s) The Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Michael Haycook aka Michael L Haycook, deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 68-00073.000; 68-00072.000; Property Address: 949 Quinby Avenue, Wooster, OH 44691 , The legal description may be obtained from the Waync County Auditor at 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691, 330-287-5441. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
