By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Vanderburgh County, Indiana, Superior Court, in Cause No. 82D07-2508-MF-005189, wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Fifth Third Bank, N.A. (Southern Indiana) was Plaintiff, and Professional and Business Collections, LLC, as agent for collection for Deaconess Hospital, Inc., Unknown Occupant, if any, name unknown and Martha L Rhoades were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on 29th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon as thereafter possible, at www.zeusauction.com the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
