NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025 CC 000860 of the County Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Indian River County, Florida, wherein THE LAKES AT SANDRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DANIEL MORTON, ALEXANDRA MORTON, NATHANIEL D. MORTON, DEBORAH MORTON and U. S. SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants, Jeffrey R. Smith, Indian River County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
