CRUZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE M. CRUZ n/k/a NORIS CRUZ and UNKNOWN OCCUPANT #1 n/k/a JESUS CARBALLO are the Defendants, Mike Caruso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.
com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 10th day of March, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 365, Nautica Sound, P.U.D Plat Two, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 77, Page(s) 153, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendes must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
