PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING YORK TOWNSHIP, YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AND CONSIDERATION OF A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of York Township, York County, Pennsylvania, at its regular meeting to be held on January 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at 190 Oak Road, Dallastown, Pennsylvania, 17313, will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider and receive public comment on an ordinance amending the York Township Zoning Map, specifically changing the zoning classification for the property located at 695 Oak Road, being designated as York County Tax Parcel No. 54-000-HJ-0149.00-00000 from Industrial (I) to Residential Low Density (RL). All interested persons may appear and be heard. Furthermore, notice is hereby given that within sixty (60) days from December 16, 2025 and after the public hearing described above, the York Township Board of Commissioners may consider for passage at a public meeting of the Board, including but not limited to the January 5, 2026 meeting of the Board, the above-described zoning map amendment. A copy of the above-described zoning map amendment may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge at the Township Office located at 190 Oak Road, Dallastown, Pennsylvania 17313, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
