(“Assignee”), with an address c/o McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, 75 Livingston Ave., Ste. 201, Roseland, NJ 07068, an assignment of its entire estate in trust for the benefit of creditors in accordance with the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. § 2A:19-1, et. seq.   The Assignor operated as Four City Brewing Company at 55 South Essex Avenue, Orange, NJ 07050.
