ANDOVER BOROUGH MAYOR AND COUNCIL AND ANDOVER BOROUGH BOARD OF HEALTH Pursuant to the Notice Requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act: BE IT RESOLVED that the regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Andover and of the Andover Borough Board of Health be held on the second Monday of each month at the Borough Hall beginning at 7 p.m., except that on Holiday Mondays the meeting will be held the next day, Tuesday.
